About Marjolaine Rostain

I am a fourth year PHD student at EMLYON Business School, France. After a background in chemical engineering and 4 years as a director of a French cluster I have decided to come back in academic in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.

My research interest is on entrepreneurship and more especially on entrepreneurial orientation. I am particularly interested by inductive methods and ethnography to understand how the culture can impact the entrepreneurial orientation of the firm. I look at the processes that help to create new entries but also at the importance of operators on the entrepreneurial orientation of the firm.

I have taught several classes in innovation management, marketing of innovation in business school but also in engineer school.
