Alan R Johnson
Dr. Johnson’s research interests focus on (1) new venture emergence and growth through the entrepreneurship process, (2) team dynamics in a context for creativity and innovation, and (3) multilevel and longitudinal research design and data analysis. Alan works as a senior researcher on several grant funded projects in Norway and Sweden. He is a research fellow at the innovation and entrepreneurship department in Nord University, Bodø, Norway, since May 2015, and a visiting research fellow at Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship, Lund University, Sweden, since March 2014. He defended his dissertation entitled “A Social Influence Interpretation of Members’ Interpersonal Processes and Team Level Outcomes using Bayesian Estimation and Bayes Factors,” in November 2013 at emlyon business school, and had a paper from this work published in the Journal of Management.
