Jeoung Yul Lee

I am Dean of the College of Business Management at Hongik University in South Korea and Bayu Chair Professor, selected by Chongqing Municipality Education Commission in China as the sole scholar in the field of Business Administration. I will join emlyon in September 2025. My current research interests include International Business, International HRM, and Strategic Management. I serve as an Associate Editor for The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Research, and Asian Business & Management, and served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Management Studies. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Wharton School and a Visiting Associate Professor at Leeds University Business School. My research has been published in the Journal of International Business Studies (2015, 2019, 2022, 2023) and Human Resource Management (2019, 2022), with a forthcoming paper in the Journal of Management.
