Thinley Tharchen

Thinley Tharchen is Assistant Professor of Organization Theory and Strategy at Emlyon Business School. His primary research interest is in studying innovation process from a social construction of technology perspective. His dissertation examined the formation of new product categories in a stigmatized industry context. He is also interested in the topics of institutional change, design and sustainability. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University, and was a post-doctoral fellow at Emlyon’s STORM Research Center.
